Iran and the Zionist Lobby

Dear,
Graham and NetanyahuThere's trouble ahead. Senator Lindsey Graham traveled to Israel last week to personally tell Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the next U.S. Congress “will follow your lead” on Iran. He promised Netanyahu a vote on imposing new sanctions on Iran in January.
We know what’s at stake. The interim agreement the U.S. and Iran reached last year has halted the march towards war. And as Secretary Kerry made clear last month, negotiations have made progress on even the “most vexing issues” necessary to strike a comprehensive agreement.
But AIPAC and Netanyahu oppose any realistic compromise and are pushing for sanctions – which U.S. National Security Advisor Susan Rice has said will “blow up” these critical talks.
We need your support to stop Congress from passing sanctions with the veto-proof majority they want to kill the negotiations and put us back on the path of escalation and war.
We’re approaching a critical moment – will we secure peace or remember this as the moment we let it slip away?
Together, with you and our allies, we stopped AIPAC and Netanyahu’s push for sanctions last year. But the new Senate will be even more hawkish on Iran.
We need your support now to stop them again next year. Please make a generous contribution of $50, $100, or whatever you can give. Your contribution is tax-deductible.
Thank you for everything you do.

Regards,
Trita Parsi
President
